Refund & Cancellation Policy

Monthly Membership and Class Fees:
Membership and class fees are non-refundable due to the allocation of these funds for the operational costs and overheads of running the classes.
Exceptions may be made for medical reasons or other significant life events that prevent the member from continuing the classes, subject to the discretion of the school management.

Class Packages:
Purchased class packages are generally non-refundable. However, if the original purchaser can no longer attend, the remaining classes may be transferred to another individual, subject to a transfer fee of $25 and approval by the school management.

Prepaid Classes:
If you have prepaid for individual classes, personal training, or private sessions, refunds for cancellation will be provided if notice is given 48 hours prior to the class beginning.
If notice is given within 24 hours for a medical reason or other significant life event that prevents the member from attending the class, a refund may be given, subject to the discretion of the school management.
Missed private classes without proper notice will not be eligible for a refund.

Workshops and Special Events:
Refunds for special events or workshops will be provided if a cancellation is received 48 hours in advance.

Merchandise:
Refunds are allowed for merchandise such as uniforms or equipment if the items are returned unused and in their original condition within 7 days.

Contractual Memberships:
For members with contractual agreements, early termination fees of $100  will apply if the member wishes to cancel before the end of the contract term.
